Milling concrete

We mill

- the surfaces of reinforced concrete
down to the first layer of reinforcement
- unreinforced concrete and screed
down to the undersoil

with a Wirtgen DC 500 milling machine.

An even more refined finish to screed
and concrete surfaces is achieved by
means of fine-milling and grinding.

For example: Penetration of a 32 cm thick, reinforced concrete wall;
size of the opening, 6.50 m x 3.50 m x 0.32 m.,
including removal and disposal of 17.5 tons of reinforced concrete, took just 2 days!
In this case it was not possible to use conventional demolition equipment, as the neighbouring businesses and doctors' surgeries remained open.

For example:
In this case, 2,000 sq m of concrete surface were milled away. There was a two-centimetre layer of asphalt on the concrete surface, which was removed. Then, as can be seen in the pictures, the ground material was picked up and disposed of by a sweeping machine.
